I've tried setting the project up from scratch again but I get the same results.

I'm guessing this is a Webpack issue, but I'm new to Webpack and I'm not sure how to solve the issue. If I remove import 'semantic-ui-css/' from line 6 of index.tsx it compiles correctly. to log results (for example: reportWebVitals(console.log)) If you want to start measuring performance in your app, pass a function Import reportWebVitals from './reportWebVitals' Here's my index.tsx file: import React from 'react' I ran npm install semantic-ui-react semantic-ui-css and that installs correctly.īut when I add import 'semantic-ui-css/' to index.tsx as instructed, I get a failed to compile error. and I've run the project using npm start and it all works as expected. I've created a new React app by running npx -typescript.
